Former Jigawa State governor, Alhaji Sule Lamido, has revealed that he was the first person to confront the then Military President Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida and tell him to his face to resign following the annulment of the historic June 12, 1993 presidential election. The National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has hinted that the lifting of ban on sachet alcohol is only temporary and not in anyway permanent. NAFDAC made this clarification on Monday through its Director of FCT Directorate, Mr Kenneth Azikiwe, during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) will release the results of the just concluded make-up Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on Wednesday.  Alex Onyia, the CEO of Educare, disclosed on X(formerly Twitter) that the   UTME results of the rescheduled 157 centers in Lagos and the five Southeast states will be released by JAMB on Wednesday, urging candidates to start checking their results from Thursday morning.
