    A clip making the rounds on the social media has revealed how the dead, pale body of an innocent and yet to be identified WAEC student was hit with a stray bullet shot by a Police while trying to chase a vehicle in Ibadan. 

    Information available online further clarified that the policeman while trying to shoot at a vehicle they were chasing along Gbagi Market road in Ibadan hits the innocent student with a stray bullet.

    The bullet reportedly hits the boy inside his father’s car, thereby leading to his immediate transfer to the welfare Hospital where he was later announced dead on arrival.

    According to Oyo Affairs, the student was spotted with his twin as they were on their way to write the ongoing West African Examinations Council (WAEC) this morning when the incident happened.

    Meanwhile, protesters have stormed the Oyo State Secretariat with the corpse of the minor to inform the Governor Seyi Makinde about the development.

    Oyo Affairs acompanied the video with the caption; “Eyewitnesses report that a policeman, while trying to shoot at a vehicle they were chasing along Gbagi market road in Ibadan, hit an innocent school student with a stray bullet while he was in his father’s car.”

    “The student was rushed to Welfare Hospital but was declared dead on arrival (DOA). It was reported that the student, along with his twin, was on his way to write his WAEC exams this morning when the incident occurred. Protesters took the corpse to the Oyo State Secretariat to inform Governor Seyi Makinde.”
