The PDP governor of Delta State, Sherriff Oborehvwori, has thrown caution to the wind by leading the members of his executive council in chanting Tinubu’s “On your mandate we shall stand.”
This development is coming few days after his counterpart from Akwa Ibom State, Governor Umo Eno, disclosed publicly his intent to support President Bola Ahmed while maintaining his status as a leader in the opposition People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
The viral video of the governor and the members of his executive council has sparked tension in political circles as it is believed to have spelt another down time for the opposition spirit in Nigerian politics.
