Sandra Umar, a constituent of Kogi central, has said the process for the recall of Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan will be further revamped when requirements are met. In March, some members of the Kogi central constituency lodged a petition with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) requesting the recall of Akpoti-Uduaghan, Senator representing Kogi central, following her six-month suspension from the senate. A former Governor of Oyo State, Victor Omololu Olunloyo is dead. The father of controversial media personality, Kemi Olunloyo, was reported to have died at age 89 after surviving many false alarms of death. A terse statement from the family states: “Omololu Olunloyo passed on to eternal glory at 1:40 am on the 6th of April 2025. We thank God for a life well spent.
