Dangote to Boost Fuel Access Across Nigeria with 600 Million Litres Released Monthly, Official Says
The company aims to ease the domestic market supply to reduce the impact on consumers, as Dangote revealed at a strategic session.
“We believe that once this structure takes effect, petrol availability will improve significantly and retail prices will start to ease,” Chinedu Ukadike, National Public Relations Officer of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria,
noted.
Dangote will sell petrol to 20 selected marketers, each required to lift at least two million litres to supply other dealers, with volumes set to increase gradually, he emphasised.
